Downtown Partnership can accept El Paso County Enterprise Zone payments via check or credit card. To pay through the Enterprise Zone by check, please make check payable to Downtown Partnership, note “EZ” or “Enterprise Zone” in the memo line and include your Tax ID or last four number of your Social Security Number. Send to Downtown Partnership, 111 S. Tejon St., Ste. 703, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
For online credit card payments, you must email info@downtowncs.com with either a Tax ID or the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
