How it works
1. Shop Downtown
Spend $50 or more at eligible Downtown retailers between Nov. 6 and Dec. 13. Shopping at more than one store? You can combine receipts from multiple eligible retailers in a single submission.
2. Snap Your Receipts
Enter your total eligible purchase amount and upload a photo of your receipt — or receipts. Every $50 spent earns one entry, up to 10 entries per submission.
Spent $50? That’s one entry.
Spent $125? That’s two entries.
Spent $500 or more? That’s 10 entries.
3. Win Downtown
We’ll draw five weekly winners, each receiving a Downtown prize package valued at $250. Then, one lucky shopper will win the $1,000 grand prize.
Shop Early For More Chances To Win
There’s an advantage to checking off that holiday shopping list early.
Once entered, your eligible entries remain in the pool for each remaining weekly drawing, plus the grand prize drawing. So the earlier you shop and enter, the more opportunities you have to win.
Already won a weekly prize? You won’t be eligible for another weekly prize, but you’ll still have a shot at the $1,000 grand prize.
Drawing Dates
Weekly prize drawings will take place: Nov. 12, Nov. 19, Nov. 25, Dec. 3, Dec. 10
The $1,000 grand prize drawing will take place Dec. 14.
To be eligible for a weekly drawing, receipts must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. the day before the drawing.
All grand prize entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Dec. 13.
What Purchases Qualify?
Shop Local + Win Local is designed to reward you for doing your holiday shopping at Downtown retailers.
Eligible purchases must be made in person at a retail business within the Downtown Colorado Springs boundaries during the campaign period, Nov. 6-Dec. 13, 2026.
Purchases from restaurants, bars, personal and professional service businesses, hotels, entertainment venues, and other non-retail businesses do not qualify.

Rules:
- Every $50 in eligible purchases earns one entry.
- A single submission can earn a maximum of 10 entries.
- Receipts from multiple eligible Downtown retailers may be combined in one submission.
- Purchases must be made between Nov. 6 and Dec. 13, 2026.
- Receipt images must clearly show the retailer, purchase date, and purchase amount.
- Weekly winners are limited to one weekly prize per person.
- Weekly winners remain eligible for the $1,000 grand prize.
- Winners will be contacted using the information provided with their submission and may be required to provide additional proof of purchase before a prize is awarded.
- Entries that cannot be verified or do not meet eligibility requirements may be disqualified.
- Weekly drawings announced on Downtown Colorado Springs social media channels. Winner need not be present to win.
- Any prizes not claimed by Feb. 28, 2027 will be forfeited.
- No purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, submit your name and ZIP code to prize@DowntownCS.com between Nov. 6, 12 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., Dec. 13, 2026.
- Employees and family of Downtown Partnership and Bank of Colorado are not eligible for prizes.
