About The Holiday Pop-Up Program
The Holiday Pop-Up Shop program brings new retail concepts to Downtown Colorado Springs while transforming vacant storefronts into shopping destinations for the holiday season. An initiative of the Colorado Springs Downtown Development Authority (DDA) in partnership with private property owners, the program offers low-rate, short-term storefront leases for the 2026 holiday season, giving growing retailers and established brands an opportunity to test the Downtown market while offering shoppers more to discover.
Since launching in 2014, the program has featured more than 50 unique retail brands and concepts in individual or shared spaces and helped several businesses find a lasting home Downtown. Eclectic Co. (214 1/2 N. Tejon), RM Soap Market (212 N. Tejon) and Story Coffee Co. (120 E. Bijou) are just a few of the Downtown retail spaces that launched through the Pop-Up Program.

Pop-Up Shop Testimonial
The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) went above and beyond to find us a space in a very short amount of time. They used their network to help us find a retail location that wasn’t yet available to the public, and proceeded to help us negotiate a reasonable rental rate, which they split with us during the holiday months.
Through the Holiday Pop-Up Program, the Downtown Partnership connected us to multiple marketing opportunities, which was crucial for the time that we were in our space. After the two months were up, the Partnership helped us negotiate a longer lease as well as helped us navigate the coming months and continued supporting us.
Using their network, they helped us establish ourselves in the community and set us up to continue to thrive in Downtown Colorado Springs. We couldn’t be more grateful for this program!
